We’ll be at Scarpetta for a nightcap following the wedding. We’ve arranged for the bar to stay open until 2:00 AM, and all night owls looking to keep the party going are welcome to stop by! Please see Scarpetta‘s website for the bar menu and pricing.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is approximately seven miles from Center City. Philadelphia is also served by Amtrak and the PA Turnpike (I-276), I-76, I-476, I-95, US-1, and the New Jersey Turnpike.

We recommend staying near Rittenhouse Square or Logan Circle. These areas are home to a number of hotels that can accommodate our guests' preferences and budgets. A limited number of rooms across three hotels have been reserved at discounted rates for our guests.

Guests will be able to respond to our RSVP request on our website once formal invitations are sent.

The dress code is black tie optional. We encourage you to wear your most formal attire. Men may choose not to wear a tuxedo, in which case we request a formal dark suit. Women may wear their most elevated ensembles, preferably long gowns or pantsuits. Black and colorful attire for women are both welcomed!

A shuttle will be provided to transport guests between the library and hotels with room blocks.

Parking is available on the streets surrounding the library. There is also a Philadelphia Parking Authority lot behind the library on Callowhill Street between 19th and 20th Streets.

Weather permitting, the reception will be held on the roof of the library. A tent and/or heaters will be provided as necessary for comfort.

Although we love your little ones, please note our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

There are two designated handicapped parking spaces on Wood Street between 19th and 20th Streets. The wheelchair-accessible entrance to the library is on Wood Street.

In addition to the stairs, elevators are available to bring guests to the cocktail hour level. Elevators will bring all guests to the roof for the reception.
